Product Liability :
XPL7 is a herbal formulation and is represented as a non toxic and edible plant based formulation using food grade ingredients and best practice manufacturing processes.
The product liability of Phytonics or any of its employees, owners, directors or officers for any reason shall not exceed the price of this product. The placement of an order constitutes a waiver of all rights with regard to product liabilities.

Product Return Policy:
If the product is defective in appearance or tampered with or damaged during shipping , please do not use it and inform us immediately via email at sales@phytonics.com and we will give you a return authorization number and an address to return the product. We will then replace the product using the same shipping method that was specified with the original order.
No products can be accepted without a return authorization number which should be clearly written on the package being returned.
Due to hygenic and safety reasons we cannot provide refunds on packages that have been opened.
Products can be returned only within 30 days of purchase for a full refund provided the box has not been opened. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Delays:
Phytonics understands the time critical nature of this product. While every effort will be made to ship the product within 24 hours of receipt of order, it cannot be guaranteed. Overnight delivery orders received before noon, local time, will be shipped on the same day. Under no circumstances Phytonics or any of its employees or officers will be held liable for any problems related to shipment of this product. No refunds can be made solely for the reasons of delay in shipments

In order to ensure both of these we use industry's best secure servers to process your credit card information. We do not share your personal information with anyone.

All payments are handled through Paypal which uses secure servers and 128bit encryption to protect Customer information and credit card data. Phytonics does not have access to your private information except the shipping address provided by you.
