Shipping policy
We ship our products securely packaged via specialized logistics partners. Below you will find an overview of all shipping costs and delivery times.
All prices stated for deliveries to consumers within the European Union include statutory VAT (adjusted where applicable to the VAT rate of the destination country). For business customers from the EU with a valid VAT ID, delivery is VAT-free (intra-Community supply). For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. USA), billing is net without German VAT; any local import taxes, customs duties, and courier handling fees are to be borne by the recipient.

Important Information on Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU / Third Countries)
For shipments outside the European Union (e.g. USA, UK), additional local taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.
- USA: Imports are subject to US customs regulations and potential local import duties.
- United Kingdom (UK): For orders over £135, import VAT and customs duties are collected directly upon delivery.
